What you need
KidneyHD edits the pedal on its own over USB. Install KidneyHD Audio as well if you want USB audio:

Only one app at a time can use the pedal's editing channel. With KidneyHD Audio installed, KidneyHD edits through KidneyHD Audio's service, and the sidebar footer says "via KidneyHD Audio". Without it, the footer says "USB".
The pedal's analog and S/PDIF outputs work without any driver. Firmware updates still need Line 6 Monkey and Line 6's own driver.
