Browsing presets

• Pick a setlist with the menu at the top of the sidebar.
• Click a preset to load it. If the current preset has unsaved edits, KidneyHD asks first.
• The search field searches every setlist, including ones you haven't opened yet.
• Right-click a preset to load it, copy it, paste a copied preset over it, export it to a file, or replace it from a file. Paste and replace ask first.
